MEET THE OWNER

Fernando Grajeda, the owner and principle employee, is a third generation body technician. He was taught the trade at age thirteen and brings twenty years of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the collision repair industry. During his apprentice years his father emphasized that patience and quality was the key to success. He also expanded his knowledge by observing other technician's skills and keeping up to date with the changes in the industry. Mr. Grajeda worked as a body man for 6 years for three major dealerships and was promoted to assistant manager at two of those locations. While in management, Mr. Grajeda began to build his network with the insurance representatives and gained respect from subordinates for his hard work and integrity. For the past ten years Mr. Grajeda has been an estimator for State Farm Insurane Company.

His position has placed Mr. Grajeda in just about every body shop in El Paso. His outside view of the competitor's strengths and weaknesses gives him a superior advantage. He has also expanded his friendship with the body shop employees and other insurance company representatives. Experience in every aspect of the collision repair industry gives Mr. Grajeda the cutting edge. He is looked upon as one of the most knowledgable and accurate damage appraisers in this area. He understands the technicians, management, insurance and most important, the customer's needs. Working on both sides of the industry not only introduced him to several people in the business but also opened a lot of doors and ideas for improvement. Fernando has excelled at producing and promoting quality work, fair pricing, and foremost; providing the customer with the best possible service.
